3. We will make Proforma Invoice for you to pay, or order via e-business platform website ( Amazon, Ebay & etc )
4. You arrange the payment and send bank slip to us.
5. We arrange the production and deliver to you.
6. We send you the shipping documents by fast courier,or send scanned copies to you via email if B/L is to be telex released.
7. You get the goods against the shipping documents when shipment arrives your port. 
8.      We will regularly communicate with you about received consignments, and future new demand, for our good long term cooperation.

Q1 How long can I get the goods?
A1 Our lead time is 7-20 days after order. The shipping time on the sea is around 7-50 days depending on different seaports.
Q2 Where can you deliver for me?
A2 We usually deliver to your sea port. If you don’t know your sea port, you can tell me your address. We will check the nearest sea port we can deliver to you.
Q3 How much is the shipping fee?
A3 Please tell us the models and quantity of each model you need, we will check the latest shipping fee.
Q4 If I pay machine and shipment freight, do I still need to pay any fee at my side?
A4 Yes, you also need to pay customs fee and tax. You can check local custom office or import agent for exact value.
Q5 Can you deliver to my address directly?
A5 Yes, we can.
Q6 What is your warranty? How can I get spare parts?
A6 Our warranty is one year. We will provide you spare parts by fast courier.
Q7 Can you provide the voltage of my country?
A7 Yes, we can offer all the different voltages in different countries.
 
Q8      What is your terms of packing?
A8      Our packing is carton or un-fumigation wooden case depending on different products.
        In addition, customer can choose packing or logo packing for different needs. 
        If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization. 
Q9      What is your terms of payment?
A9      T/T deposit when order confirmation, and balance payment before delivery. Or order via e-business platform webside ( Amazon, Ebay & etc ). 
        We will provide pre-shipment inspection report to you.

A10     EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU and DDP
Q11     Can you produce according to the samples?
A11     Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings.

A12     We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay sample cost and the courier cost.
